​I'm Bernadine Blom a registered dietitian & South African certified lactation consultant based in Centurion/ Midstream. As a dietitian, I believe optimal nutrition is important during all stages of life!

I'm passionate about optimal nutrition for both mother and baby during the first 1000 days and beyond. I'm able to provide support to first-time mothers to ensure optimal nutrition during pregnancy, help mothers prepare for breastfeeding, and provide guidance on good complementary feeding when starting solids. I'm also able to provide further support to a mother that is experiencing breastfeeding difficulty.
